Thaipusam is the biggest festival for Hindus after Deepavali. This day is celebrated every year during the full moon in the tenth month of Hindu Calendar. Thaipusam, also spelt as Thai Poosam, is celebrated to commemorate the triumph of good over evil. Visiting Batu Cave is one of significant event that is commonly done during this festival.
